searchwall snowis a discovery wall for gear sold direct by the brands that make it. Every product links straight to the supplier’s own store — never a marketplace listing. We do not sell anything, hold stock, or take the transaction. We surface the gear, rank it by how similar products actually are, and send you to the source.

Direct-to-consumer only

Every product on the wall points to an end-supplier’s own domain. No Amazon, no Zalando, no Etsy, no AliExpress, no Temu — the marketplace resellers are blocked at the point we ingest a catalog, not filtered after the fact. If a product’s only source is a marketplace, it does not get indexed. The result is a wall of gear you can buy from the maker, at the maker’s price, with the maker’s support behind it.

One hop to the supplier

When you click buy, you land on the supplier’s own site in at most one redirect. No interstitial, no “are you sure”, no email gate, no upsell page in between. Some of those outbound links are affiliate links, which is how the wall pays for itself — that never changes which products show or where they rank. Affiliate links carry the standard sponsoreddisclosure so it’s explicit to you and to search engines.

How ranking works

The wall ranks by spec similarity, not by who paid. We read the real attributes of each product — for snow gear that means things like flex, skill level, and riding style — and place similar products near each other so drilling into one board or ski surfaces genuinely comparable options. There is no paid placement, no sponsored slot jumping the queue, and no manufactured “for you” feed built before we have any signal from you. If a product should rank first and doesn’t, that’s a bug in the engine or the product data — not something a brand can buy its way out of.

What we refuse to do

• No fake social signals. No public like counts, no follower counts, no manufactured ratings, no invented scarcity or countdowns.
• No login wall. You can browse the entire wall without an account. Saving items is optional and stays private to you.
• No stale stock. If we can’t confirm a product is in stock within our freshness window, it’s hidden — not shown with a price that no longer holds.
• No manufactured reviews. If we ever surface a rating, it comes from the supplier and is attributed to them. We do not write our own.

Where the catalog comes from

The catalog is pulled live from the storefronts of the brands themselves — their own product feeds, refreshed on a schedule, not a scraped snapshot frozen in time. Prices, images, and availability reflect what the supplier is showing. When a brand’s store is unreachable, we hide that brand’s products rather than show you outdated data.
